By-Laws of the LTPF

Rule 0. DON'T BE A BLUE FALCON!
Rule 1. An LT is always right.
Rule 2. If the LT is wrong, see rule 1.
Rule 3. A member of the LTPF will be considered probationary until voted upon to enter the fold of the LTPF by a majority of his/her peers who are already so honored. Probationary period will not be less than 1 calendar month. A member of the LTPF may be disbarred and banned and mocked once voted upon a majority of his/her peers who remain in good standing with the LTPF.
Rule 4. Members of the LTPF who are in good standing when promoted past the rank of 1LT may remain members of the LTPF, but are subject to the same rules and guidelines as junior members.
Rule 5. Official matters must only be voted on by a panel of LTPF members. This panel must be no less than 3 members, with at least one senior member present. All official matters will be voted on in a secure location known to members as "The Vault." All information that is discussed in The Vault may not leave the room. Meeting minutes/noted created in The Vault must be destroyed before opening The Vault doors. Any member who willingly disregards this rule is subject to immediate removal from the LTPF.
Rule 6. Always Look Cool.
Rule 7. Cardio
Rule 8. If at first you don’t succeed, try again. Then quit. No use being a damn fool about it.
Rule 9. When in doubt, know your way out.
Rule 10. An ounce of appearance is worth a pound of substance.
Rule 11. People who live in glass houses are idiots.
Rule 12. Right, wrong, or indifferent members of the LTPF must always stick together. This rule may not be modified or waived by any member at any time, be prepared to go down with the ship.
Rule 13. Many Field Grade officers have received lobotomies, beware them and seek the good ones.
Rule 14. Many Company Grade officers have received lobotomies, beware them and seek the good ones for inclusion in the LTPF.
Rule 15. BACKBONE!
Rule 16. Looking good to higher must not come at the expense of other members of the LTPF. If necessary be prepared to look like an enjoyable crazy LT to ensure that Blue Falconry is avoided.
Rule 17. Z Day is coming, be prepared.

THE LTPF


Once upon a time a little boy named Anthony Catalano deployed to Afghanistan with the now-deactivated 5th Maintenance Company. Once there, he discovered the necessity of an organization to ensure that LTs protected each other and avoided the fate of those blue falcons who have attempted to fly before!
